Good for piercing, bad for tattoo.
“I went there to get my tongue pierced and had a great experience. I went there about a year later for my tattoo and it was TERRIBLE, I will never go back there again. The artist basically ripped the needle through my skin. I'm scarred and my tattoo looks horrible. ”
